compacted overview: 

reworked ETC to be more accurate and made a separate ETC for deepscan
reworked the whole menu layout by reorganizing some elements, removing some and changing functionality
focusing out of entry is now easier
timeranges now also accept hours and minutes and not just seconds
updated the handbook file to version 1.64
